Hallo zusammen, 🐤 *Erstiprogramm* Wir suchen für das kommende Sommersemester wieder fleißige Helfer:innen für unser Erstiprogramm. Tragt euch dazu bitte zahlreich in folgende Umfrage ein: https://terminplaner.dfn.de/sose25erstiprogramm *Campusführung:* zu Beginn des Vorkurses am 07.04. von ca. 9:00 Uhr bis 13:00 Uhr werden die neuen Erstis über den Campus geführt und bekommen dabei die wichtigsten Orte gezeigt. Einen genauen Plan bekommt ihr vorher von uns. *Erstitag* : am 16.04. ist der Erstitag, an dem wir wieder einige Aktionen geplant haben. Hier brauchen wir Helfer:innen bei... *Erstifrühstück:* von ca. 8:00 Uhr bis 11:00 Uhr brauchen wir Hilfe beim Aufbau, der Ausgabe des Frühstücks und dem Abbau. *Erstirallye:* von ca. 13:30 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr benötigen wir Menschen, die eine Station für die Campusrallye betreuen. *Campusführung Master (englisch):* ab 16:00 Uhr werden Helfer:innen bei der Führung der Mastererstis benötigt. Da es sich hier um übermäßig internationale Studierende handelt, werden die Führungen in Englisch angeboten. *Grillen:* unterteilt in mehrere Schichten werden Helfer:innen von ca. 16:00 Uhr bis 22:00 Uhr beim Aufbau, Grillen selbst (sowohl am Grill als auch darum herum z.B. Annahme von Grillgut) und Abbau gebraucht. *Abbau:* am 17.04. um ca. 11:00 Uhr benötigen wir nochmal Helfer:innen die uns bei den letzten Aufräum- und Abbauaktionen unterstützen. For this purpose, please fill in the following survey: https://terminplaner.dfn.de/sose25erstiprogramm *Campus tour:* at the beginning of the preliminary course on April 7 from approx. 9:00 to 13:00, the new students will be given a tour of the campus and shown the most important locations. You will receive a detailed plan from us beforehand. *First semester day:* April 16th is the first semester day, on which we have planned some activities again. Here we need volunteers for... *First semester breakfast:* from approx. 8:00 to 11:00 we need help with setting up, serving breakfast and dismantling. *First semester rally:* from approx. 13:30 to 17:00 we need people to supervise a station for the campus rally. *Master's campus tour (English):* Volunteers are needed from 16:00 to help guide the Master's students. As there are a lot of international students here, the guided tours are offered in English. *Barbecue:* divided into several shifts, helpers are needed from approx. 16:00 to 22:00 for set-up, barbecue itself (both at the barbecue and around it, e.g. acceptance of barbecue food) and dismantling. *Dismantling:* on April 17th at approx. 11:00 we need volunteers to help us with the final clean-up and dismantling.
