This selection is backed by bold, strategic investments aimed at making Ekiti a leader in food production, agribusiness, and rural development. Under Governor Biodun Oyebanji leadership, Ekiti State Government is making landmark investments to transform the sector, boost food security, and create wealth for our people. To this end, Ekiti was recently selected as one of the inaugural beneficiaries of the National Agricultural Development Fund (NADF)’s Agricultural Skills (AgSkills) Programme, which will train 1,000 youths annually, equipping them with modern farming techniques and the tools needed to establish sustainable agribusinesses.
