*Tarāwīh Prayer Allocation* An important, though often neglected, aspect of recitation of the Qur-ān, is that of الوقف (the stop) and الابتداء (the beginning), as knowing these two, in relation to its verses, plays a big part in understanding its meanings and fulfilling one of the key conditions of _tartīl_.
