Local Government Minister Daniel Garwe says councilors should emulate Members of Parliament from across the political divide in supporting President Emmerson Mnangagwa to continue beyond his 2028 mandate. He was speaking at the Herbert Chitepo School of Ideology initiation program for local authorities in Gweru.
