❗ *Hussein Jamal, researcher from Gaza:* _Israel is not fulfilling its humanitarian commitments under the ceasefire deal, or is falling short in meeting them_ All promises to start reconstruction quickly are being retracted. All that has entered Gaza since the ceasefire began are [largely] food parcels. All construction materials and temporary housing (caravans) have not been allowed in [a limited quantity finally entered today]. All alternative energy sources or batteries are banned from entering the stranded citizens. All the patients and wounded who were allowed to travel abroad for treatment, their number is negligible while the hospitals are crowded with tens of thousands of them. All the hospitals that the deal agreed to start renovating have not seen significant work yet. All the wells and water stations that were talked about have not been initiated yet. In all the destroyed areas such as northern Gaza, eastern Gaza and Rafah, no lifeline has been restored, whether by opening roads or supplying water to them, or opening field hospitals in them. *Palestine Information Network* @firstqiblah
