The following was sent in by a sister who benefited from IlmFeed's Ramadan Surah Al Mulk Challenge not long after she embraced Islam. Hopefully it will be a means of motivation for everyone. "Assalamualikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuhu I remember the time when I was struggling to practice my deen as a new Muslim, hiding from my family and friends. I lived in a university hostel and due to that I got to perform my Salah. Alhamdulillah I started following people on social media who posted about Islam and that’s how I found the IlmFeed page on Instagram. And during my second Ramadan as a Muslim, I came across their Surah Al-Mulk challenge. At the time I didn’t even know the benefits of reciting it, let alone how to read it. But I just wanted to learn the Qur'an and somehow feel closer to Allah Subanahuwatala. I asked my Muslim friends about it and  they told me the importance of it. I started my journey of learning this Surah with IlmFeed. Subhanallah, even though I didn’t know how to read or write Arabic they made it so clear to understand with the transliteration and audio of the surah that within no time I was able to memorise the verses one by one. And I could not believe it that after a few days I was able to recite it completely without any assistance! It was some experience, so beautiful and beneficial to a person like me and I am certain there are many like me out there who found it beneficial. Allah indeed makes it easier for those who need Him the most and I personally have experienced it many times! Subhanallah, I needed that at the time to be closer to Allah. That Ramadan was really special to me and felt a sense of achievement. Jazak Allah Khair for what you all are doing, you have no idea how many people you have helped through this. I’m sure it is benefitting many people around the globe. I admire the people who strive in the way of Allah to teach people about Islam at times like these. I want to tell this to all my Muslim brothers and sisters; there is always a way to come back to the Qur'an no matter where you are in life. Come back to the path of Allah and believe me the feeling you get when you understand and recite the Qur'an is so much better than anything else worldly." Sister Arisha
