Role Overview: We are looking for a QA Engineer with 2-5 years of experience in both manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs) and will be responsible for ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and automate test plans. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts (both manual and automated) for AI driven products. Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing for applications leveraging LLMs such as ChatGPT, VertexAI, Llama, Claude, etc. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and data scientists to ensure seamless delivery of quality software. Design and implement automation frameworks and test scripts using tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Utilize continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to run automated test suites (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI). Conduct API testing using tools like Postman or RestAssured. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback on test coverage and testability. Ensure high-quality test data management and test environment setup. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅2-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing. ✅Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT, VertexAI, Llama, and Claude. ✅Proficiency with standard automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. ✅Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI, GitLab CI). ✅Experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar knowledge of version control systems like Git. ✅Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices. ✅Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. ✅Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
