Objective* The parties to this Agreement, bearing in mind the common responsibility for ensuring the achievement of the company's objectives, agree to do all within their power to promote the stability and productivity of employment. They aim to establish, for their mutual benefit, a harmonious and peaceful industrial relationship between the employees and management. *b. Coverage* i. *The Agreement* shall apply to all Unionized Employees of the company. ii. *A daily-rated Employee* is one whose monthly wage rate has been calculated based on *Twenty-Seven (27) days.* iii. *Printed copies* of this Agreement, including all the appendices and additions that will be mutually made from time to time between the Management of the Company and the Union, shall be made available to all unionized members covered by this Agreement within three *(3) months* from the date of signing of this Agreement.
