Even more, it falls on the *14th of Shaʿbān* , one of the *Ayyāmul Bīdh (White Days)—* a Sunnah fast that carries great rewards! 🔹 The Prophet ﷺ said: "Deeds are presented on *Mondays and Thursdays,* so I love that my deeds be presented while I am fasting." (Tirmidhī 747, authenticated by Al-Albānī) 🔹 He ﷺ also said: "Fasting three days of every month is like fasting for a lifetime." (Bukhārī 1979, Muslim 1159) Even if you *missed fasting today (the 13th),* don’t miss tomorrow! This is not just an opportunity for rewards but also a chance to train your soul for Ramadān. The best way to prepare for fasting in Ramadān is by fasting in Shaʿbān! 🔹 ʿĀ’ishah (رضي الله عنها) said: "I did not see the Prophet ﷺ fasting in any month more than in Shaʿbān."
