Consolidated Construction Consortium Ltd (CCCL), a premier ISO-certified construction services company, has announced a key decision by its Board of Directors. The Board has approved the issuance of up to 2,85,71,436 equity shares of face value ₹2 each on a preferential basis. Since its inception in 1997, CCCL has achieved a total turnover of over ₹17,000 crores.
