NBCC (India) Limited was appointed as Project Management Consultant for the completion of 16 projects of Supertech Ltd as per the NCLAT judgment dated December 12, 2024. NBCC has now filed Civil Appeal No. 2598/2025 titled "NBCC (India) Ltd. vs. Ram Kishor Arora & Ors." before the Hon’ble Supreme Court, seeking several reliefs.
