*Job description*
The Upgrade Centre Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Technical Specialists. Assisting and mentoring customers in all aspects of upgrading a customer’s solution from legacy Nintex products. Providing support to the wider modernization team, through the customer journey from inception, discovery, execution and to close out. Ensuring team engagement and utilization is maximized, while maintaining excellent quality of delivered work from the team. As well as customer facing activities the team lead will be expected to play a key role in feedback to the wider modernization team and contributing towards improvement of internal processes, tools and customer facing elements. An upgrade center team lead plays a pivotal role in the discovery and scoping of engagements as well as the preparation and execution of the deliverable scope.
This role is hybrid in Johannesburg.
Your contribution will be:
Managing/Leading Upgrade Centre teams
Become familiar with Nintex O365 workflows
Become familiar with Nintex Workflow Cloud
Become familiar with the Nintex migration tools
Understand the underlying architecture of the Nintex migration tools
Discussing upgrade roadmap/approach with customers
Provide Support to Modernization Technical Engagement Managers
Perform Feasibility and Estimations of scoped work
Manage and perform Grooming of team migration backlog
Working with the Technical Engagement Management team for Resource Scheduling & Assignment of team members
Allocation and prioritization of engagement work items to the engaged technical specialists
Ensure excellent levels of delivery quality while servicing customer service requests & their resolution
Handling Internal Technical Escalations
Ensuring technical best practices are adhered to and improved
Performing migration enablement to customers as well as participating in and/or delivering of discovery and migration workshops with customers
Performing hands-on migration work
Contributing to engagement retrospective & Learning
Provide remote assistance and guidance to customers and partners to drive workflow upgrades to completion
Understand customer key use cases
Participate and lead in Agile meetings
To be successful, we think you need:
1+ year experience in leading a team
Understanding of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
Understanding of software solution consulting
Experience with Nintex O365/workflows would be highly advantageous
Any workflow design experience an advantage
Knowledge of SQL
