INTERNATIONAL MOTHER TONGUE LANGUAGE DAY In line with the Constitution, International Mother Tongue Language Day recognizes the equality of all languages and cultural practices across the world. This aligns with the BELA Act and other legislation to ensure equality, citizenship, human dignity, and the recognition of 12 languages. The ANC joins the world in celebrating this important day.
