Hiring: Cost Accountant Location: Ikeja, Lagos Industry: Telecomms Responsibilities; * Establish and maintain all site deployment cost per project scope in line with standards. * Handles the review and processing of approved project and operational costs. * Review all support documents and confirm the invoices against established standards. * Prepares weekly project and operational costs and analyse variances against budget. * Maintain vendor/ suppliers account with all accounts updated and reconciled. * Supervise all parts/material request with procurement department prior to the review and approval of the Head of Finance. * Generate a monthly cost/revenue and profitability analysis for all DAS sites for Management meeting. * Support the Head of Finance in the preparation of the quarterly stock/inventory valuation for Management Accounts. * Maintain all inventory movements for project and operational activities of the Company. * Ensure the accuracy of quarterly stock counts and reconciliation with store and procurement officers. * Assist the Head of Finance to collate costs for the preparation of the company's budget. * Report to Head of Finance on variances from the established budget, and the reasons for those variances. * Carry-out any other assignment as directed by the Head of Finance. Qualification/Experience * A graduate of accounting from a reputable institution with a minimum of second class upper or HND Upper Credit. * Must be ICAN certified or partly qualified. * 4-5yrs cognate experience on same role in a company, and/or a Chartered Accounting firm preferably.
