Dear Sabi People, hashtag#apply Head Of Customer Excellence ❗️ About the Role: Our client, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a highly skilled Head of Customer Excellence to drive exceptional customer experience strategies, ensuring seamless interactions and satisfaction across all touchpoints. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Management Team and serve as a Technical Assistant to the MD when required. Job Type: Full-time Onsite Salary Range: ₦500,000.00 - ₦700,000.00 Monthly Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and implement customer service and experience strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty. ● Oversee customer support operations, ensuring efficiency, responsiveness, and service excellence. ● Analyze customer feedback, trends, and insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives. ● Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, and operations) to align customer experience strategies with business goals. ● Design and implement policies, procedures, and tools to enhance service delivery. ● Monitor key performance metrics and report insights to the Management Team for strategic decision-making. ● Act as Technical Assistant to the MD when required, supporting high-level business initiatives and operational strategies. ● Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in customer service. ● Lead, mentor, and develop a team of customer service professionals. Requirements: ● 6-10 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience, or a related role within the FMCG industry. ● MSc in Business Administration, Customer Experience Management, or a related field. ● Relevant professional certifications in Customer Service, Business Strategy, or Leadership. ● Strong analytical skills with experience in customer insights, service improvement, and performance monitoring. ● Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. ● Ability to work collaboratively across departments and at executive levels. ● Experience in supporting senior management or working in an executive assistant/technical advisory capacity is a plus.
