The attempt to block the entry of the three was based on allegations of "incitement to hatred and condoning violence". But a judge ruled in summary proceedings that the ministers have "insufficiently substantiated why the arrival of the three speakers poses a threat to public order." Mohammed Hijab celebrated his legal win on X: "Historic victory! We took them to court, and we won. The Dutch authorities tried to silence us, but justice prevailed.
