Uncle E and Mount Zion were among those who inspired TLF to add film shows as a central part of our activities. Over the years we have organised film shows at by our Centre, in open spaces, on invitation, in villages, lecture theatres and as invited guests. We thank God for those opportunities. Some years ago we had the opportunity to be at Jogor Centre, Ring Road, Ibadan, where we witnessed live the show casing of Mount Zion movies all through the night. It was a great experience and it encouraged us to do more also. Showcasing movies as part of our activities to mark the theme for the month #socialjustice was greatly motivated to view all the parts of Roots, a movie that broke records and showed history of social injustice like never before experienced by Africans made slaves in the US. We must not forget history and we must encourage watching of content in media that inspire right thinking and not just emptiness or passing of time. We thank all who support TLF and work with us.
