#corehrircareercenter Company: AB InBev GCC Designation: Manager – Total Rewards Location: Bengaluru, India Qualification: • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline • MBA in Human Resource Management from a Tier 1 B-school (preferred) Experience: • 7-8 years of experience, with at least 4-5 years in Total Rewards • Prior design experience in Total Rewards offerings essential Job Role: • Develop and maintain a competitive total rewards strategy (compensation, benefits, recognition) • Oversee compensation structures and conduct market analyses • Lead compensation cycle activities, including merit, bonus, and off-cycle corrections • Manage employee benefits programs and assess their effectiveness • Design and implement employee recognition initiatives • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws • Manage total rewards budget and optimize expenditures • Evaluate new roles and ensure proper job leveling • Educate employees on total rewards programs • Engage with third-party vendors for benefits and services • Utilize data analytics to improve total rewards programs • Mentor and lead a team of total rewards professionals Skills Required: • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of job evaluation methodologies (Hays, WTW, Mercer) • Understanding of C&B best practices for Tech and Non-Tech talent • Familiarity with Indian labor laws (desirable) Application: Interested candidates can send their resumes to [email protected] CC: [email protected]
