#corehrircareercenter Company: TimesPro Designation: Recruitment Manager Location: SEEPZ, Andheri East, Mumbai Qualification: Graduate degree Experience: 10-12 years in recruitment, with at least 2 years in bulk hiring Job Role: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for lateral and volume hiring, focusing on sales, marketing, and business development roles. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and execute search plans. • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including virtual walk-ins, job portals, and social media, to identify potential candidates. • Evaluate candidates for skill, cultural, and learning fit. • Maintain a talent pipeline and pre-qualified talent pool to address growth plans and attrition. • Manage the entire recruitment process, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate engagement. • Maintain MIS and create dashboards for business review and decision-making. • Engage with candidates regularly to ensure a positive experience and minimize offer declines. Skills: • Exceptional team management and communication skills. • Excellent reporting and database management abilities. • Experience in staffing/BPO bulk hiring is mandatory.
