A 15-year-old boy was caught trying to take control of a subway train for a joyride early Tuesday morning. This comes just weeks after he was arrested for stealing and vandalizing another train. In that incident, he and a group of others drove the stolen train a short distance and broke its windows. The teen now faces charges of reckless endangerment, criminal impersonation, and trespassing for both incidents.
