Mula Bandha (root lock) is a yogic practice that involves gently contracting and lifting the muscles of the pelvic floor. Here's how to practice it with a focus on testicle breathing
*For Males* :
1. *Find a Comfortable Seat*: Sit upright with your spine straight and relax your body.
2. *Engage Mula Bandha*:
- For males: Contract the muscles around the perineum and testicles (think of lifting them gently upward).
*- For females* : Contract the pelvic floor muscles (like during a Kegel exercise).
3. *Breathing*: Inhale deeply through your nose, and as you exhale, maintain the engagement of the pelvic floor muscles. Keep the breath smooth and steady, and imagine energy rising along the spine with each breath.
4. *Focus*: Keep your awareness on the pelvic area, gently lifting with each breath.
