_In panic situation using your chest for inhaling helps in balancing fear or panic situations,_
*And rest of the time just be aware of your belly rising while you inhale and belly coming inside while the exhalation*.
"*awareness is the key"*
"because at first breathing from the belly will always be a trying, it has to come on its own.
_So when breathing by just keeping awareness on the belly will gradually shift on its own when its time._
_Belly breathing helps in making your physical and mental in calmness, its just when your mentaly fine, then automaticaly your physical heals_
