Breathing through the left nostril: *Activates the parasympathetic system, reducing stress and promoting deep relaxation* . *Increases oxygen absorption by slowing down and deepening the breath.* *Encourages lung expansion by engaging the diaphragm more effectively.* _Balances emotions and helps release tension stored in the chest and lungs._
