Chief Justice Martha Koome and nine Judicial Service Commission (JSC) members have been summoned by the Commission on Administrative Justice (CAJ) for failing to publish complaints against judicial officers, violating transparency laws. The JSC ignored directives to disclose handled complaints, prompting the summons. Other summoned members include Justices Mohammed Ibrahim, Fatuma Sichale, Antony Mrima, and Isaac Rutto, among others.
