The Global Fund has asked President Ruto to help mobilise global funding for its Eighth Replenishment, citing threats to health financing. The Executive Director Peter Sands urged Ruto’s leadership to secure resources for fighting HIV, TB, and malaria, highlighting Kenya’s strong partnership with the fund. The Global Fund has invested over Sh300 billion in Kenya, supporting universal health coverage efforts.
