THE WORD FOR TODAY If they act like they can live without you, let them. If they want to judge or misunderstand you, let them. If they want to go weeks without talking to you, let them. If they want to walk out of your life, let them. If they want to choose someone over you, let them. Sometimes, we need to realize that it is better to let things be or let them go. Let go of the people who don’t deserve a place in your life. Don’t fight for closure, don’t demand explanations, and don’t chase after answers. Stop expecting people to understand your journey or where you are coming from. The truth is, they don’t deserve you at all. Focus on yourself and the people who truly value you.
