Stress comes from expecting everyone to love you or like you. Stress comes from seeking external validation. Stress comes from overthinking. Stress comes from not having boundaries. Stress comes from not being yourself. Stress comes from not being happy with yourself. As much as depends on you, avoid people who are stressed and are displaying their stress in their behaviours. Stress is contagious. Love such people from a distance.If an angry person projects stress towards you, it gradually weakens your positivity. Be kind to yourself. Your physical health depends on it. Stress and anxiety can cause heart palpitations, headaches, insomnia, breakouts, and more. It is okay to slow down. Take a step back, and do something that relaxes you.
