William Popp. The politics of the past might have separated us for a time, but I'm happy we can now resume our traditional cooperation. Uganda is one of the United State's most staunch and dependable allies in all the earth. Any government, whether in Washington or Kampala, that messes with this special relationship is abhorrent.
