#top: The Decie Autin STEM Scholarship under BPW was established to offer assistance to young women and girls interested in furthering their education in STEM fields – encouraging young PNG women to undertake engineering studies. Ginisegana Solien was the first recipient of the scholarship. She shared: "I was the first recipient of the Decie Autin Scholarship. It enabled me to complete my final year in Civil Engineering, which opened many doors for me. Right after graduating, I was able to apply for an operations technical job at ExxonMobil PNG."
