Seems like "Edits" app by Instagram is going to be integrated with Instagram and all Meta apps. Also we can see an entry point in Instagram which currently let users to pre register. Today @mosseri mentioned in his Q&A Edits is going be a place where they gonna try a lot of video editing related features and if it's working well they will integrate it into built-in Instagram editor.
