*Farmer in court for alleged death threat over mining land dispute* A 56-year-old farmer from Nyankamam in the Aowin Municipality has been arraigned before the Enchi District Magistrate Court for allegedly threatening to kill a miner over a disputed piece of land. The accused, Joseph Amissah, also known as ‘Alobo Ndaah,’ pleaded not guilty to two counts of making death threats. Presiding Judge Mr. Lawrence Buanor-Buer granted him bail set at GH¢50,000 with two sureties.
