*TIMELY DEVOTIONALS* 6th February, 2025 Minister Baron Study line : *FATHERHOOD* Day 4 : *THE THOUGHTS OF SONS* 1 Corinthians 13:11 (KJV) When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put away childish things. Everything with and without life is a growing entity. Everything grows by God. Even so the sons and daughters of God grow from one place to another. God is expecting you to upgrade everyday and always, not just in your body, but much more in your spirit and mind. It's so great a disappointment when a parent you look at your child who is not developing in his mind, even as time goes by. That's how much God is so attached to our growth in Him so much that He will do anything to ensure His own children upgrade in understanding. It's a great error in the Lord for a child of God that is really grown up to think like an infant. A grown up in the Lord must think like grown ups, Rightly dividing the word of truth, Able to discern the purposes of God, Unlike an infant in the mind who just does anything simply because they don't know. Grown ups always know. Infants don't know left from right, but you know, because you got an unction from high teaching you all things, That's how we grow in our minds, By the Holy Spirit, the one unction from high, Even in the light of God's word.
