General Guidelines for

Maintain clear and concise communication, especially when dealing with students or external partners.
3. Work Hours & Attendance
Adhere to the work schedule assigned to you by the company.
For remote work, ensure you are available during working hours and attend all virtual meetings.
Notify your supervisor in advance if you require time off or need to leave early.
4. Quality Standards
Strive for excellence in everything you do. Deliver quality service to students, teachers, and collaborators.
Ensure all educational content and materials provided align with the standards set by the company.
Regularly update your skills and knowledge to stay current with industry trends.
5. Customer Support
As part of the company’s 24x7 support initiative, ensure that queries from students and clients are answered promptly and accurately.
Follow the established protocols for resolving issues. If the issue is beyond your scope, escalate it to the appropriate department.
6. Confidentiality and Security
Never share company-related or student data with unauthorized individuals.
Adhere to the company's data protection policies and ensure secure handling of all digital assets.
7. Team Collaboration
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and departments.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Always lend a helping hand to new team members, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
8. Franchisees and Collaborations
Be mindful of our franchise model and collaborate with external partners professionally.
Maintain high standards in training and mentoring franchisees to ensure they meet the company’s expectations.
