Hiring Senior Engineer - (Design & Estimation) for a well known Government Infrastructure Consultant. 🎯 Only candidates from Gujarat can apply. Vacancies – 02 Location: Ahmedabad (HO) Experience - At least 1-3 years of specific experience in water supply network design / Freshers may also apply ➡️ Qualification & Skills: - B.E./BTech (Civil), Post-Graduation or Masters in relevant fields will be an additional advantage. - Good experience in working on WaterGEMS/SewerGEMS/StormCAD/CivilStorm. - Hands-on experience in AutoCAD. - Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Familiar with Document management process. - Working experience on government/private funded projects of the water sector like city planning of water supply, sewerage system, and drainage system. - Should be conversant with design principles and standards. - Detailed knowledge of hydraulic Design, Pump House and Pump Design, Pipe Line Design, Head calculation and should be conversant with applicable development regulations and provisions. - Experience in detailed design drawings and calculations. - Should have experience in interpretation of drawings, understanding of BOQs along, sewerage, drainage & other PHE works. - Should have proven technical writing (report writing), communication, and excellent presentation skills. ➡️ Key Responsibilities: - Design of water supply components like distribution system, pure water rising main, pumping machinery sizing of ESR etc. - Preparation drawings for distribution systems, Raising main alignment, L-Section of rising main, Switch room, plan and section of percolation well- plan and section, Key map of the scheme, Index map of the scheme etc. - Perform hydraulic analysis of water supply systems or water distribution networks to model flow characteristics, test for pressure losses, or identify opportunities to mitigate risks and improve operational efficiency. - Preparation of Estimates for all the proposed components. - Preparation of DPRs (Detailed Project Reports) including population forecasting. - Review prepared design deliverables with senior project teams and implement design revisions based on reviews and checking reports, as needed. ➡️ Salary: Best as per industry standards.
