Tshisekedi is responsible for the deaths of civilians at Nanga's meeting and has injured many others. The explosives utilized in the attack originated from the Burundian army. Both Tshisekedi and Evariste Ndayishimiye have unequivocally conveyed to the international community their disregard for peace, indicating that a ceasefire is not their preferred option.
