*Fire on Groenberg, Wellington, fuelled by strong winds* Drakenstein Municipality's Fire and Rescue Services are joined by the Cape Winelands DM and their ground teams as well as CapeNature in fighting a fire fuelled by strong winds on Groenberg, Wellington. Drakenstein Municipality's Fire and Rescue Services are protecting structures on affected farms, while one farm has been evacuated on Oakdene Road and multiple vehicles are guarding the fire line. An incident command centre has also been set up, with the Provincial Government and Drakenstein Municipality's Law Enforcement and Traffic Services being on full alert in case of further evacuations.
