What is going on with #ircc - there is a flood of PFLs (Procedural Fairness Letters) coming through. Some of those are for ridiculous reasons and even include notes of sarcasm and taunts. Example attached - This PFL is for late submission of documents. However, the applicant did indeed submit them on time. ▶️ IRCC taunting the applicant that points for English have been claimed which means you understand the document and the request being sent. ▶️ PFL indicates "material misrepresentation" - Misrepresentation for not submitting the medicals on time ????? ▶️ It should be Section A41 for Non-Compliance and Not Section A40. The applicant is outside Canada and has never visited Canada and yet IRCC indicates Non-Compliance of the act. To provide more context on this letter: This letter is about failure to complete medicals on time, I obviously can't post the complete letter. It has nothing to do with language results as this client was already approved and is adding a family member. In this letter IRCC has not requested for any evidence about language and neither raised any issue with language results. IRCC has sent this PFL for not completing the medicals, for which they did not even send a request. This shows you the current quality of officers at #ircc
