This comes after President Ramaphosa signed a bill. that allows for land seizures by the government without any compensation. Post apartheid rule, land has been owned by most whites as well as farmlands, and this has been a concern for most most South Africans who have been calling for land reforms. In 1913, the Brirish prevented African natives from the rights of their properties, leaving the Whites in total control of the lands as they forced the blacks to rural areas. President Trump has stated that, all funds will be cut off until a full investigation is completed.
