As the Lead Medical Reviewer, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical review of individual case safety reports (ICSRs), aggregate reports, and risk management plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations such as FDA, EMA, and MHRA. You will provide critical medical expertise in signal detection, risk assessment, and regulatory reporting, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including safety physicians, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance. Additionally, you will mentor and guide junior medical reviewers and safety teams, contributing to their professional development. Your role will also involve driving process improvement initiatives and supporting regulatory submissions to enhance overall drug safety and compliance.
