Resources have to work on the Production incident, bugs. Monitoring the EOD program and status. Resources Java,PL/SQL developers identify, investigate, and resolve issues with databases for the Application program. Ability to analyze the issue on its own based on the SOP. Good in handling the communication with customers. Work and fix on the production ticket based on the Bank issues. Ability to identify improvements/solutions to resolve the findings. Coordinate for all Application production changes. Work on the 24/7 shift support -5 days a week & 2 days leave (365 days). Needed to work on the Client Place. Resources should be very good in PL/SQL & Basic Java.
