*What is Teach and Earn?* Teach and Earn is an initiative by the *Glinax STEAM Institute* that selects skilled students to teach complex courses in a simple and engaging way, making it easier for other students to understand. Tutors are compensated at a rate of 30 Cedis per hour, meaning the more hours you teach, the more you earn.
