*Global Markets*
Stocks in the Asia Pacific region slipped on Monday following Wall Street's worst session this year, as investors were spooked by weak economic data and weakest consumer sentiment on inflation since 1995 on Friday.
South Korea's Kospi fell 0.98%, or 25 points to 2,629, while Australia's S&P ASX 200 was down 0.08% at 8,289 as of 6:28 a.m. Japanese markets are closed on Monday for a holiday.
Inflation data in Singapore and South Korea's retail sales data will be the key data points in Asia on Monday.
Future contracts in China hinted at a positive start, while those in Hong Kong were poised to open lower.
The US dollar remained weak, while the stocks got hammered on weaker-than-expected economic data and a surge in consumers’ long-run inflation view. The S&P 500 fell 1.7%, while the Nasdaq 100 slipped 2.1%. The Dow Jones Industrial Average declined by 1.7% on Friday.
The dollar index — which tracks the greenback's performance against a basket of 10 leading global currencies — was 0.3% down at 106.29. The benchmark yield fell eight basis points to 4.43%.
Crude oil prices began the week lower as Donald Trump's tariff threats cooled down. The Brent crude was down 0.15% at $74.32 a barrel as of 6:45 a.m. IST, and the West Texas Intermediate was down 0.24% at $70.23.
Foreign portfolio investors stayed net sellers of Indian equities for the third straight day on Friday as they net offloaded stocks worth approximately Rs 3,449.2 crore.
Meanwhile, domestic institutional investors stayed net buyers for the 13th straight session as they bought equities worth Rs 2,884.6 crore, according to provisional data from the National Stock Exchange.

*Nifty 50 Rejig:* Jio Financial Services, Zomato were added to the benchmark, while BPCL and Britannia have been excluded. Changes to come into effect on March 28.
*Bajaj Auto:* The company will make an investment of €150 million in Netherlands-based arm Bajaj Auto International.
*KP Energy:* The company commissioned another 2.8 MW wind power project at Bharuch.
*Allcargo Logistics:* LCL volume stood 741,000 cubic meters in January, up 4% on-year and 1% on sequential basis. FCL volume reached 54,403 TEUs in January, up 6% annually, but down 9% sequentially. Air volume reached 32.63 lakh kg in January, up 67% year-on-year and 15% month-on-month.
*Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals:* The company has signed a Business Transfer Agreement to acquire India business of Resilient Cosme-Ceuticals along with the brands and associated trademarks. It also received a warning letter from USFDA regarding observations during the inspection of contract manufacturing facility.
*PI Industries:* The company and C-CAMP announced strategic partnership to drive innovation in Biocontrol Technologies.
*GNA Axles:* The government approved incorporation of subsidiary GNA Mobility.
*MedPlus Health:* The company’s arm Optival Health Solutions had drug license for four stores in multiple states suspended.
*Ujjivan Small Finance Bank:* The company will sell NPA and write-off loans to the tune of Rs 365 crore from micro banking pool to asset reconstruction company.
*Adani Green Energy:* The company's stepdown arm Adani Green Energy Twenty-Four operationalises solar power project of 250 MW at Jaisalmer, Rajasthan. The total operational renewable generation capacity increases to 11,916.1 MW post commissioning of the project.
*Bharti Airtel:* The company will acquire 5% additional stake in arm Airtel Africa plc via step-down subsidiary Airtel Africa Mauritius Ltd.
*Swiggy:* The company will make an investment up to Rs 1,000 crore in Scootsy Logistics.
*Zaggle Prepaid:* The company entered an agreement with Indus towers to offer its employee expense and benefits management platform, Zaggle Save.
*ZEE Media:* Shareholders voted to increase FPI investment limit to 49%.

Quality Power Electrical Equipments: The company's shares will debut on the stock exchange on Monday at an issue price of Rs 425. The Rs 858.7-crore IPO was subscribed 1.29 times on the final day. The bids were led by retail investors (1.83 times), followed by NIIs (1.45 times) and QIBs (1.03 times).
