THE death toll in the accident involving an Urban Connect bus and a haulage truck along the Masvingo-Beitbridge highway has risen to 28, police has said. The accident killed 17 people on the spot, while seven others died upon admission at Beitbridge Hospital, and four more later died while receiving treatment bringing the total death toll to 28.
