Let me teach some mathematics today gentlemen
A Look at the Numbers:
📊 Between 2007-2020 (Pre-COVID Era)
FIIs Net Buy: ₹1.70 Lakh Crores
DIIs Net Buy: ₹2.85 Lakh Crores
(This was a period when mutual funds, SIPs, and retail participation were still at a nascent stage.)
📊 Between 2021-2025
FIIs Net Sell: ₹7.60 Lakh Crores
DIIs Net Buy: ₹14.32 Lakh Crores
Net Overage (Beyond FII Pullouts): ₹8.42 Lakh Crores
1. STCG and LTCG were increased in the last Budget. So isn't it Silly to claim FIIs are running away due to tax because they have been Net sellers for 5 consecutive years ?
2. If we are beggars without FII - then how did we blast 243% post COVID ?
3. Since Covid - the Net activity between DIIs and FIIs is +8.42 lakh crore - so are you saying if the money is printed in India it's a waste but if it comes from America it's worth Gold ? What happened to the +8.42 lakh crore extra money then ?
4. Since Oct alone FIIs withdrew nearly 3.5 lakh crore - which is equal to 4 year withdrawals since 2021 but still the Nifty corrected only by 12%
5. INR depreciation suddenly surged only after Oct 2024. Around Covid time we were trading in 70-80s. So why would FIIs sell from that time
Looks like Every year we celebrate Independence day only for Chocollates or Candies distributed at schools. Our mind and soul is enslaved for life - at the feet of foreigners
Shame.... Data is right in front of your eyes - yet no one can do a simple math
Just because you don't understand or don't know the answer - don't forward some baseless data shared by another Ignorant fellow
