هموطنان عزیز! افتخار دارم که مقاله علمی ام تحت عنوان "Global Rounds Afghanistan: A Critical Overview of Cardiovascular Medicine"، در معتبرترین ژورنال جهان ( Circulation ) نشریه انجمن قلبی آمریکا (AHA) به چاپ رسیده و در دسترس همه مردم دنیا خصوصا محققان و دست اندرکاران عرصه طبابت قرار گرفته است. در این مقاله تمام ابعاد طبابت قلبی وعایی افغانستان بشمول چالش ها، راه های حل ممکن و دست آوردهای این عرصه مهم طبابت بصورت همه جانبه توضیح گردیده است. از تلاش های همه جانبه همکاران تحریر این مقاله جناب پروفیسور نادر احمد اکسیر، دوکتور دیانا داد زاده ( co-authors ) و همکاری دوکتور نعمت آرش سپاسگزارم . جا دارد تا از پروفیسور جوزف هیل و تیم تحریر ژورنال معتبر Circulation نشریه انجمن قلبی امریکا برای حمایت‌شان ابراز سپاس‌گزاری نمایم. امیدوارم نشر این مقاله بتواند نقش مثبتی درعرصه طبابت قلبی وعایی در کشور ایجاد نماید. گراونو هیوادوالو! ویاړم چې زما علمي مقاله "Global Rounds Afghanistan: A Critical Overview of Cardiovascular Medicine" په نړۍ کې تر ټولو معتبره ژورنال (Circulation) چې د امریکا د قلبی ټولنې (AHA) نشریه ده، خپره شوې او اوس د ټولو خلکو په ځانګړې توګه د څیړونکو او د طب په برخه کې کارکوونکو لپاره موجوده ده. په دې مقاله کې د افغانستان د قلبی او رگونو اړوند ټولې اړخونه، ننګونی، ممکنه حل لارې او د طب په دې مهم ډګر کې، لاسته راوړنې په هر اړخیزه توګه بیان شوې دي. زه د دې مقالې د لیکلو په هڅو کې د خپلو همکارانو ښاغلي پروفیسور نادر احمد اکسیر، داکتر دیانا داد زاده (co-authors) او داکتر نعمت آرش نه مننه کوم. همدارنګه، زه د پروفیسور جوزف هیل او د Circulation ژورنال د ټیم څخه د هغوی د ملاتړ لپاره مننه کوم. زه هیله لرم چې د دې مقالې خپریدل په هیواد کې د زړه او رګونو د طب په برخه کې مثبت رول ولوبوي. کاپی از صفحه دوکتور‌ عبدالواحد صدیقی Dear Compatriots, It is with great honour and profound gratitude that I share the publication of my scientific article, “Global Rounds Afghanistan: A Critical Overview of Cardiovascular Medicine,” in the esteemed journal Circulation, the official publication of the American Heart Association (AHA). This milestone represents not only a personal achievement but also a step forward in shedding light on the realities of cardiovascular medicine in Afghanistan on a global platform. In this article, we have undertaken a comprehensive analysis of the state of cardiovascular health in Afghanistan, exploring its challenges, potential solutions, and the strides made in this critical field. I am deeply grateful to my esteemed co-authors, Professor Nader Ahmad Exeer and Dr. Diana Dad Zada, whose invaluable contributions enriched this work, as well as to Dr. Nemat Arash for his collaboration. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Professor Joseph Hill and the editorial team of Circulation for their unwavering support in bringing this research to a wider audience. It is my sincere hope that this publication will not only contribute to the advancement of cardiovascular medicine in Afghanistan but also inspire further research, collaboration, and progress in our country’s medical landscape. ‏
