20250201 *Warm-Up:* 3 Min skipping then 4x 3 Walkout to push-up 10 Shoulder taps 2 Wall walks *Skill:* Practice 1 or more drills suitable for your current level: * Kick up to wall/partner and try to find balance * Wall walk up and try to find balance * Freestanding practice * Stack hips over shoulders with feet on box/bench to build position *Workout:* Scale MU by reducing reps as low as 2, using a jumping version, or use a low ring and bar version to support through with the legs as able.
