*Warm-Up:*
5x Run 100m
10 Air Squats

Then set stations and warm movements
*Workout:*
Begin with a 1 mile run, unless this will take longer than 10 minutes, in which case reduce to 1200m
Select a wall ball weight that allows unbroken sets for at least 2-3 rounds.
Pick a box height that allows jumping throughout. If these are a challenge for you, reduce the movement intesnity by jumping to a plank instead of a full burpee, then stepping over the box.
