If you can't do double unders, for today, pick a 3-4" thick plate and hop on and off it 15 times instead
Pick a weight that will be touch and go for 3+ rounds for 3 power cleans into 2 push jerks, but is moderately heavy. If the Rx weights are heavy for you from the start, reduce them accordingly.
Restart from 15 double unders at the start of each 2 minute period of work.
