20250222 *Warm-Up:* Row 250m then 4x 5 Burpees 10 Walking lunges 5 Walkout to updog https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PBpExJjBYXE *Workout:* Set a clock for 5 rounds fo 4 minutes work, 2 inutes rest. Start each working interval with a 250m row, straight into 10 burpees with aj ump over the rower slide. Remove the jump as the scaling option here. Perform 10 alternating pistol squats, or 15 Air squats, then perform wither as many GHD sit-ups as possible, or as many sit-ups as possible in teh remaining time.
