Keep the run at 1000m unless it will take longer than 6 minutes, in which case reduce to 800 or 600m as required.
If you have some HSPU, do them, then switch to piked on a box for the remainder of the 50 reps. Use all box HSPU if oyu don't yet have HSPU.
If you can't get to 50 strict pull-ups, do as many as you can then finish off with ring rows to complete 50 in total. If you don't have strict pull-ups, perform ring rows for all 50 reps.
